General Terms and Conditions:

• Please be 100% sure before ordering/requesting for reservation. Bogus buyer/joy reserver will be posted.
• Strictly no cancellation of order/s. Pasalo slot is okay as long as half of the total order price is already paid(cancellation fee is 50% of the total payment).
• Failure to settle the cancellation fee/s will be automatically posted as bogus buyer/joy reserver.
• PAYO to 2 days reservation (unless dop is stated in claiming tweet).
• DOP must be strictly follow (late fee is 50php a day).
• After a week of being unresponsive, order/s or reservation/s will be automatically cancelled. Cancellation + late fee should be settled within a week. Failed to settle the fees will be posted as bogus buyer/joy reserver.
• Down payments are NON-REFUNDABLE.
• For ph go & stbo items, refund/s will only be issued once the seller disclose the flaws of the items before I paid for it or if the seller allowed to make a refund for the items that I secured.
• Orders will only be shipped out once fully paid.
• Packing will be done every Friday if I have free time after work or every Sunday. Shipping will be every Saturday. Please be patient with your order since I also have personal matters to attend to but I will try my best to pack and ship your items ASAP.
• Please keep my personal info in private as I will also do to yours (to avoid using our details for scam).
•I will not be liable for any lost/damage parcels done by courier.
• No RAW unboxing video, no refund.
• ETA is beyond my control so I am hoping for your consideration and patience with it comes to the shipment of your orders.
• Once all of the buyer's orders are on hand, claiming should be done within two months. If not claimed after those months, orders will be forfeited and no refund will be given.
